Jason Andrews is a name that has recently been buzzing around the music industry. This Atlanta producer is quickly climbing his way to the top. Holding a degree in Recording Arts from Full Sail University, he is one of the most highly trained recording engineers in the Southeast. Jason is certified as a Pro Tools operator in music production and is often referred to as a “Pro-Tools guru.” He is especially sought after for his drum sounds, aggressive mixes and his great production techniques.
Jason’s love for music production originated from his love for playing music. He has toured all over the world singing and playing guitar for In Perfect Silence, and playing drums for Holiday Parade. Some of the bands that Jason has toured and performed with during his time as a professional musician include Boys Like Girls, Forever the Sickest Kids, Quiet Drive, Mest, Eve 6, Yellow Card, Cartel, The Plain White T’s, and Jay-Z.
His studio, Spotlight Sound Studio, has been his life for the past 5 years. As a musician, Jason knows the attention and time that his artists deserve and takes pride in every aspect of his productions. “From the guitar tones to the vocal performances, every detail matters to me. As a producer, it is my mission to push the artists that I work with to their full potential and make every album the best that it can be.” Artists who have worked with Jason vary from Freshman 15 and Holiday Parade to Rich Boy and Akon.
